Questions about how the service works, feature suggestions, bug reports and any feedback are always welcome. We try to answer every message.

Shelters and foundations can receive a verified organization badge — a "Shelter" or "Foundation" marker displayed next to the organization's adoption listings. It lets adopters know right away that the account belongs to a real, active organization.

Verification is manual and free of charge. First we check the public registry: KRS (the Polish National Court Register) for foundations and associations, and the official shelter registry for shelters. A registry entry only proves that the organization exists, though — not that the request came from someone who represents it.

To receive the badge, send us an e-mail with the organization's name, its KRS or registry number, and the e-mail address of the account you use on the site.

We then send a one-time code to the organization's e-mail address as published in the registry or on its official website — never to the address the request came from. We grant the badge once the code comes back to us from the account e-mail address named in the request. Let whoever reads the organization's public mailbox know that this message is coming and who the code is for.

Requests concerning your personal data — access, rectification, erasure or portability — should be sent to the same e-mail address. You will find detailed information about data processing in our privacy policy.

If you have an account, you can export your data and delete your account yourself in the account settings — no need to write to us.
